Pleasant experience for a nationwide chain. Good quality steaks and service, nice choice of cocktails and beers, and sports sports sports (not my thing but I know some people LOVE it in a restaurant). Want a good steak, reliably? This is a nice choice.

UPDATE: Raising rating because have been there many times since and everything was great! ORIGINAL REVIEW:This was our second visit there. The steak, lobster, soup & rest of food and service was superb 1st time. However, we had the worst waitress in history this time! They were NOT busy at all, didn't greet us at our table for almost 10min & it was another 10min before we could place our order. Waited for dinner for half hour then she forgot our drinks and had to track her down to remind her. Waited for our money to be taken for 15min after were billed and that was after we tracked her down again to request it! We had finished, table cleared & finally had to get up to pay since we weren't going to track her down again. The hostess wasn't at her station so wandered around trying to find someone to pay for another 5min. She needs to be fired. The full rack of ribs consisted of 8 small and burned ribs slathered with sauce. Two dinners at our table, shrimp fettuccine was room temperature...we did complain when the manager asked how our meal was...he offered an adjustment. We didn't tell him about the problems, but we accepted the adjustment. Our server was good...but I don't plan to go back. The old Outback got lost in the real Outback. Sorry

The food was excellent, and the service matched (except for our water glasses not getting refilled). Not a big deal, and we would have asked if it was that important. But little things like that separate good service from great service.

I've tried this location 2 times now and don't plan to return. A steakhouse that cooks a medium rare steak until almost well done is a problem. The quality of the meat doesn't seem to be as good as at other Outback restaurants. Service was fine. Just a really dry, flavorless steak.
